The flight to San Francisco was rather long and the intense turbulence during mid-flight was something Sparrow could have done without. No matter how many planes he has been on, he would never get used to the tickling sensation in his stomach as the plane dipped and rattled. He was more than glad to bolted off the plane as soon as it landed. His father had invited him to the opening of a new exhibit at the San Francisco Museum. But his other objective of this trip was to protect the crown jewel of the exhibition. Sparrow head perked towards the voice and his face instantly lit up as he spotted the familiar face of his father. He jogged to him and excitedly jumped into his arms in a full embrace, “ Dad!” “Ooof! Son! It’s so good to see you.” His dad grinned, giving him the bear hug of his life. “It’s good to see you too.” Sparrow smiled, struggling to get out his father’s hold. The older gentleman chuckled and let go, ruffling his head, “ You need a haircut, son.” He chided playfully. “I do not, this style of hairdo is all rage with young Mohawks such as myself.” He pouted. “Alright, alright, “ his father raised his hands up in defeat, “ I’ve already got your luggage for you, so let’s head to hotel. I’m so excited that you’re here for tonight’s opening!” he said while tugging Sparrow along. “Me too, dad.” Sparrow smiled brightly at him, ignoring the bad feeling nagging at the back of his head.
